Just in time for Mother’s Day, Geobunga will host a free Mother’s Day Orchid Workshop that will teach attendees how to transplant, split, prune and properly care for orchid plants. Geobunga will have hundreds of beautiful orchids available at farm-direct wholesale prices, starting as low as $5.

Join the organic gardening movement! Take charge of what you’re feeding your family by growing fresh produce, fruit and herbs in your backyard or even on your lanai. Geobunga hosts a free Organic Gardening Workshop that focuses on the fundamentals of organic gardening and its many health and environmental benefits.

Kailua Public Library will offer Keiki Storytime this spring on Wednesdays at 10:30 a.m. under the Reading Tree from April 17 – May 8. 

Keiki Storytime is free and recommended for children ages 2 to 5, accompanied by a parent or caregiver. The storytime will feature stories, sing-along songs, and a craft.

Contact the library two weeks in advance if a sign language interpreter or other special accommodation is needed.
