We all make spelling mistakes at some point or another, but this one seems especially outrageous.

Check out this photo of a road sign in Kailua taken on Thursday.

You can see there's an extra kahako over the "O" in "Old Mokapu Road."

We posted the photo to our Hawaii News Now Facebook page and some found it funny while others found it offensive.
